Kelvin Keith

Founding Member

Kelvin K. Stubblefield II, LSSBB

With 10+ years of experience working in, and improving, a multitude of processes within the realms of manufacturing and business operations, Kelvin brings extensive knowledge and experience to any organization looking to operate at a higher level. Kelvin has improved operations for both small, and globally-recognized companies, including Estee Lauder Companies, The Hershey Company, Lakeside Book Company, Walmart Inc., and StarLyte Sound LLC. In 2015, Kelvin acquired his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Drexel University through driving positive change and improving production within Estee Lauder’s Clinique product line. Kelvin has real-life, hands-on experience with implementing lean and continuous improvement efforts in some of the world’s most prestigious Fortune 500 companies. Kelvin officially launched Kelvin Keith LLC in 2022, with the mission to solve challenging problems, and improve the lives of others.
